We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. If BypassCopy isn't the right fit for any reason, simply email us and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, you have 7 days from the renewal charge date to request a full refund for that billing period. After 7 days, the renewal charge is non-refundable.
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund after the 14-day window. The refund is calculated based on unused full months remaining in your billing period, minus a 10% processing fee. For example, if you cancel after 4 months of a 12-month plan, you'd receive a refund for the remaining 8 months minus 10%.

The free trial gives you 200 words to test BypassCopy — no credit card required. Since no charge is made, refunds do not apply to free trial usage.
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, it extends the resolution process. Please reach out to us first — we'd much rather resolve any issue directly than involve your payment provider.
