1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Billing information (credit card details) is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Content You Submit: When you use the humanizer, we process the text you submit. If you save it to your history, it is stored securely in your account. You can delete your history at any time.

Usage Data: We automatically collect basic information like IP address, browser type, and pages visited to maintain service security and improve the product.

Cookies: We use minimal cookies — session cookies for login and a cookie to track free trial usage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the humanization service
• Process payments securely via Stripe
• Send service-related emails (receipts, renewal reminders, service updates)
• Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent use of the free trial
• Respond to your support requests

We do not train AI models on your content. Your submitted text is only used to generate the humanized output you request.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 10
• Payment data never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe
• Servers are hosted in secure data centers with physical access controls
• We retain usage data for up to 12 months after account closure

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• DeepSeek / OpenAI — AI text processing
• Cloud Hosting — server infrastructure

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectify — correct inaccurate information
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export — download your history and account data
• Opt-Out — we do not sell personal data, but you can opt out of marketing emails anytime

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies that are strictly necessary:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in while using the site
• Trial cookie — tracks free trial usage to enforce the 200-word limit

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any tracking that shares data with third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed from active databases within 30 days. Backup archives may retain data for up to 12 months.

8. Children's Privacy

BypassCopy is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover data from a user under 18, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
